Step into a reimagined tianguis, inspired by the street markets of Mexico City. This immersive experience engage with food, art, and community, offering a unique dining experience set within an art installation.
The menu takes inspiration from traditional tianguis dishes, using local Irish ingredients to create a bridge between two cultures. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the essence of these bustling markets while embracing the flavours of Ireland.
A host will guide you through the experience, sharing the story behind each dish and fostering an interactive, engaging atmosphere.
